Kudzai L. Murimba is a marketing and customer experience executive with over 15 years of experience in marketing, communications, brand management, and business growth, including more than eight years of leadership experience driving commercial growth, customer experience, digital transformation, and strategic marketing across Zimbabwe's financial services, fintech, banking, FMCG, retail, and technology sectors.
She currently serves as the Head of Marketing & Customer Experience at Wisrod Group, where she provides strategic leadership for marketing, customer experience, business development enablement, product go-to-market, strategic partnerships, and brand growth across the Group. She is also leading the establishment of the Group's customer experience function to strengthen customer engagement and service excellence.
Throughout her career, Kudzai has led strategic marketing, customer experience, digital transformation, and commercial growth initiatives across both established organisations and high-growth businesses. She has held senior leadership roles at Wisrod Group and Golden Knot Holdings, and has also built valuable experience with organisations including Cassava Smartech (Econet Group), CABS (Old Mutual Group), Cairns Holdings, and TTCS Global.
Kudzai holds a First Class Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Marketing Management from Midlands State University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing Management at the University of East London. She is a member of the Customer Experience Association of Zimbabwe and the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA). She also holds various professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, User Experience (UX/UI), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), ISO 27001:2022 Information Security Management Systems Development & Implementation, and Short-Term Insurance.
